There are many methods that you can use to learn English. There is no one method that works for everyone. There are some methods that can help many people as they are learning and practising English.
Get involved with practising whenever you have the opportunity.
When you are learning English while living in a country that does not speak English as their primary language can be difficult. You need to take advantage of the chances you get to get involved with English. This can be listening to songs and watching movies in English. Reading English books and articles as well as watching and listening to videos on line.
Talk with English speakers as much as possible
If you can join a club with English speakers as members, you should do so and talk with them at every opportunity. You can ask them questions when you don’t understand something and receive good answers. You can also speak English with others that are trying to learn English.
Practice every day, even if only for a few minutes
You should practice English every day even if it is only for 10 to 15 minutes. It is better to practice for short periods of time than not practising at all. You can use different methods to do this. You can listen to news, talk shows or music. Even chatting with another English speaker is good, even if they are not a native speaker.
Get involved in the English culture
You don’t have to read everything from all of the English writers in English, but you can develop a taste for different aspects of English culture. You can learn about sports played in different countries. You can also learn about specific foods from different areas across countries. You can learn English in a more diverse and interesting way.
Do not use only one method to learn English
It is really much better to use multiple methods to learn English. Using a textbook mixed with practice conversations and watching movies will help keep you motivated and interested in learning with efficiency.
