Basic Program Block
Each block consists of eight, one-hour video sessions that will be conducted over Zoom. If Zoom is not available to you, we can discuss other methods to communicate during the session. We will have two sessions per week on a schedule agreed to by both of us.
All sessions will be recorded and an audio file will be made available to you within 12-hours of the session end.
The blocks content is customized to your specific requirements. There is some flexibility during the session block to make changes.
Specific Program Blocks
Interview Preparation
These sessions will consist of role-playing interview practices.
I will act as the interviewer and will ask you specific questions related to the position you are applying for as well as general interview questions that you may encounter during the interview process..
I will provide feedback on your answer to the questions as well as give you some advice on making your answer more concise and relevant.
This program block can also be customized for interviews related to entering educational programs at all levels.
Business Conversations
In these sessions we will talk about general business conditions and phrases that you may hear during the normal work day.
We will also discuss news and events related to the industry that may be raised during meetings with colleagues, peers and supervisors.
For these sessions, I will occasionally provide you with material to read that we will discuss during the session.
During these sessions, you can also ask me about phrases and situations that may have happened when you were at work that you didn’t fully understand and we will go over them.
General Conversations
These sessions will consist of conversations related to culture, travel, food and other things that are of interest to you.
I will occasionally send you articles of interest related to the topics that we decide to discuss to help you become more confident in talking with other people about the topic.
It is possible to combine the various program parts into a session block if that is something that you think will be a better use of you time.
My goal is to help you become a better, more confident speaker whether for business, interviews or just for general conversation improvement.
Program Cost and Conditions
The program fee for each block is $400.00 USD.
This fee is payable in advance of the start date that we agree on during the 30-minute introductory/get to know you call.
The fee can be paid by PayPal, or credit card. If you do not have a credit card, we can make other arrangements for payment. These other methods may delay the start date of the session.
I do offer a 7-day money back guarantee. If after the first two sessions, or during the first 7-days of the program, you feel that the program is not for you, I will return your money, less any handling fees charged to me by the payment platform.
If you withdraw from the program after the 7-day guarantee period, you will be refunded only for the sessions that you have not completed.
You will be responsible to attend each session’s Zoom call. If you are unable to attend, you must give me 24-hours notice of cancellation. If you do not notify me, you will lose that session and will not receive a refund. Unexpected emergencies will not impact your number of sessions once you notify me of the emergency.
If you are 15-minutes late for a session and do not notify me that you will be late, the session will be considered as completed and you will not be able to reschedule or receive a refund for that session.
